Air Cooling Pads

We offer high quality Air Cooling Pads high on demand in the market. Our Air Cooling Pads are used in poultry, horticulture (green house) and industrial applications. The Air Cooling Pad is engineered from cross-sectional, specially treated flute media capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling efficiencies. The cell deck cooling pad media is treated with stiffening and wetting agents to provide the cooling, without any water carryover.

Our Air Cooling Pads are designed for tropical and subtropical countries, ensures greater performance during summer seasons. The pad media is treated with anti-rot and rigidifying resins. The media is cross- corrugated to maximize the mixing of air and weather. Saturation effectiveness ranging from 50 to 98% can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad. Air flows horizontally, while the re-circulating water flows vertically, through the pad. The water is collected at bottom of the pad and is re-circulated again by a pump through the unique gutter system made of GI sheet.

Fan Coil Unit

Fan Coil Units offered by us are available in two configurations: horizontal type suitable for ceiling suspension and vertical type suitable for floor mounting.

Casing : Galvanized sheets of heavy gauge steel with suitable drain tray to avoid sweating. The fan coil unit are (double skin) painted with stove paint/ H.T. paint, or electrostatic paint as per customer requirements.

Blowers : The multi-blade forward curved centrifugal type aluminum fan wheels statically and dynamically balanced are driven by extended shaft motor.

Fan Motor : 3 speed, permanent split capacitor type motor with extended manual speed selection.

Drain Fan : Heavy gauge. Double skin insulated drain pan extend full width of coil collect condensate from chilled water coils, valve and fitting with provision of drain nipple to avoid overflow.

Cooling Coil : 3 row deep, 3/8 O. D. Copper tubing, aluminum fin construction provides maximum heat transfer. The water inlet and outlet are provided with flare nut for connections to control valves.

Air Filter : Filters are made of expanded aluminum mesh/ HDPE media/synthetic non-woven media and are permanent cleanable type filter the air to a maximum deg.

Air Curtain

An Air Curtain is a modern device which when installed on a door forms an invisible curtain of continuous air which restrict the escape of conditioned air and also prevent entry of outside hot, humid, dirty and unwanted polluted air. Enviro Tech Air Curtains are available in two configuration (both vertical and horizontal) and 4 different velocities. They are suited for door opening ranging from 2. 5 ft. (0mm) wide to 8 ft. Air Washer Unit

We offer Air Washer Unit available in capacity range of 2000 to 40000 cfm with single blower & 4000 to 80000 cfm with single & multiple blowers. The Base frame of Air Washer Unit is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy mild steel channel. Fan section of Air Washer Unit is constructed in GI sheet with inspection doors.
