We offer Air Washer Unit available in capacity range of 2000 to 40000 cfm with single blower & 4000 to 80000 cfm with single & multiple blowers. The Base frame of Air Washer Unit is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy mild steel channel. Fan section of Air Washer Unit is constructed in GI sheet with inspection doors.

Construction

• Wet section and water tank is constructed in GI/SS sheet.
• Lower base is dynamically balanced forward curved.
• Three phase electric motor TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of either Crompton, abb and kirloskar is used in Air Washer Unit.
• Drive Pulley: v-groove with/without taper lock hub.
• Fenner V-Belts, monoblock pump of Kirloskar or Crompton is used for manufacturing Air Washer Units.
• Filter of HDPE/aluminum/GI mesh filter, micro vee, HEPA is used as per requirement.
• Pipe fittings of PVC/GI piping with all necessary fittings such as float valve, quick fill, overflow & drain ports.
