Air Pre Filter

These industrial Air Pre Filters are used in various industrial air conditioning & ventilation applications in offices, cinema halls, kitchen paint booth in automobile industries, chemicals & pharmaceutical industries, where low resistance & high dust holding capacity is essential. The Air Pre Filters are designed and developed by our experts and are durable and require negligible maintenance.

Specifications

• Efficiency : Standard HDPE pleated type filters have an efficiency of 90% for 10 micron size particles. Pre filters with an efficiency rating of 80 to 90% to capture 10 micron to 25 micron size particles are also available on order.
• Frame Type : Available in flange or box type
• Frame Material : Standard model is constructed in galvanized steel. Other models with aluminium anodized/stainless steel frame with or without powder coating are also available on order.

Fine Filter

We offer Fine Filters of different types designed for meeting a number of industrial air cleaning applications. Commercially available Fine Filters are divided into three distinct categories based on how they operate to remove suspended particulate matter from the air passing through them. The largest category, often referred to as ventilation, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) filters, is composed of highly porous beds of resin-bonded glass or plastic fibers. We offer Fine Filters, which protect the equipment and delicate instruments from the dirt, water, and oil usually, found in compressed air. Metallic Filter

Metallic Filters are pre filters that are designed for general ventilation and air conditioning system applications as well as for electric motors and plenum air for working areas. These are an economical and a very durable option over other pre filter counterparts.

Construction : The element is constructed using 5 layer of G.I. wiremesh interspaced with 2 crimpled layers and 3 flat layers. The media is supported with expanded metal from both sides as reinforcement and housed usually in 2” deep metal frame (Custom build sizes are also available on order).
